Records The Records Section joins the Department's team of professionals and makes an important contribution to the delivery of services to the community. It maintains and protects the integrity of the thousands of criminal records in our files. All of our computerized files must be available for instant recall of accurate data. The Records Section must comply with state and federally mandated regulations and procedures to assure the confidentiality of individual matters. To obtain a copy of your report: To purchase a copy of your report there are a few steps to follow. If you request
your report by mail: 1.Please send
a written request with your case number. 2.Include your driver license number or Washington identification card along with a check or money order made out to the "City of East Wenatchee" in the amount listed below. 3.Enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope. A transaction receipt will be returned to you with the report. If you choose to come to the station to pick up a copy of your report, we will need to see your driver's license or Washington ID card. The cost to obtain a copy of a case report is $.25 per page with a minimum of $10.00 per case. Traffic accident reports are $5.00. Business hours: Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Records Section is closed on Saturday and Sunday and holidays.
